I thought that including stuff from /usr/include in kernel code was
bad style ?

If it is, Should src/include/bitstring.h be repocopied to
src/sys/sys/bitstring.h ?

Alternatively, we need some makefile magic to cater for the following
case:

+ set -e
+ P=/bang/somewhere
+ rm -rf /bang/somewhere
+ mkdir /bang/somewhere
+ cd /bang/somewhere
+ cvs -d /home/ncvs -Q -R co sys
+ cd sys/i386/conf
+ make LINT
cat ../../conf/NOTES NOTES | sed -E -n -f ../../conf/makeLINT.sed > LINT
+ config LINT
[...]
Kernel build directory is ../compile/LINT
Don't forget to do a ``make depend''
+ cd ../compile/LINT
+ make -s depend
[...]
