any on how to fix it?

Best way: boot with CD 2 of FreeBSD 5.0 and go to Fixit -> CD-ROM. Then in console (ALT + F4) run:

fsck -y /dev/ad0s1e

You can also try "boot -s" at boot prompt and then run fsck.
