About right, but I'd do it just a little differently:
        shutdown now
        umount /usr
        dump 0af /store/arch.usr /dev/ad0s2e
        newfs -O 2 -U /dev/ad0s2e
        mount /usr
        cd /usr
        restore rf /store/arch.usr
