Got the same laptop here, with the same problem. Dmesg and some debug info attached. For more debugging info or patch testing just ask. Paul: I found a little work around for this problem. Just boot de laptop without de AC connector. After this msg scrolls past "acpi_acad0: acline initialization done, tried 7 times" I can plug in de AC connector without the machine panic. But I have seen that if you unplug and then replug the AC connector, the machine panics anyway. -Koop
