The man pages are from 2.95 because the 3.x ones require Perl 5.6 +
texinfo to build. So we either (1) totally loose the manpage, or (2) you
can submit a patch in a PR to update the one we do have.
What about following:
1) remove man pages from base system
2) add a port devel/gcc3man which build depends on texinfo and perl5.6
