The reason of this patch is as before -- to avoid redefining system Yacc building rules. The changes also fix the -j buildworld breakage in gnu/usr.bin/cc/cc1plus:
# cd gnu/usr.bin/cc/cc1plus # make -j8 depend make: don't know how to make y.tab.h. Stop There're also some unrelated changes sitting in my tree like removing old cruft, which I will submit later when the dust settles down.
