I think the problem is: when I suspend my system, pccard is unregistred and disapeared as device. when I resume, it needs some time to activate device back, but in the same time ppp or tun or bpf or some network stuff try to talk with this device and... ta-da I think I saw the same when I suspend with pccard-NIC at the moment, when trafshow was running...
