minor HEADS UP: /etc/defaults/make.conf is gone

Hi!

/etc/defaults/make.conf has been removed and is not included by
make(1) any more.
If you are using BDEFLAGS, add the entry to your local /etc/make.conf.

The example file lives in /usr/share/examples/etc/ now.
