The dump sources also refer to only the 'r' devices (_PATH_DEFTAPE
is still "/dev/rsa0").

The backwards compatibility cruft should have been removed in -current
long ago.  I removed all 'r' devices from my /dev about a year ago but
haven't changed this in MAKEDEV.
