Actually, I have found that switching to ANY other terminal (e.g. ALT-F2)
and back to vty1 does the job.
I must admit that this is a pretty minor annoyance, so I never got around
to reporting it. Still, any bug report should show that it impacts multiple
users.
Speaking of which, please file a bug for this issue so it doesn't get lost!
