Should use +=.

If you're doing the above,

why are you doing this?

ls /usr/local/bin/*46
/usr/local/bin/c++46*
/usr/local/bin/cpp46*
/usr/local/bin/g++46*
/usr/local/bin/gcc46*
/usr/local/bin/gcov46*

> /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lstdc++

so ld is not being passed the compiler options?
