I've seen this too, but on ata2 instead of ata0. All 4 other drives connected to the N67 chipset just worked without any console messages. The system was operational (slowed down by printing the messages), but I'm having an All-ZFS RaidZ Configuration and that might hide errors. Reverting to a kernel from 2 days ago fixed this problem.
