Boot from a live CD, and copy from the last build obj dir:

[/usr/obj]# find . -name libc.so.7
./usr/src/tmp/lib/libc.so.7
./usr/src/lib/libc/libc.so.7
./usr/src/lib32/usr/lib32/libc.so.7
./lib32/usr/src/lib/libc/libc.so.7
