I'm not sure how Subversion 1.6.x is about this, but in 1.7 you can
just drop sqlite.c from sqlite-source over to Subversion's
sqlite-amalgamation/ directory.

Talk to bapt@; he had a PR out which used the amalgamation sources (I
couldn't seem to find it yesterday when I looked through the PR database).
