Installing to a differnet root?

I've briefly read various documents, and haven't discovered a way to
installworld to a different path than /.

In particular, I'd like to install to /remotefs/.

I've got tftp, bootp, etc. all setup and ready to go but would like a clean
'world' to modify as opposed to a pre-existing one.
