I also should note that there's nothing to preclude supplying the docs
as packages *also*, assuming that they appear in the INDEX and get
built as part of Satoshi's ports build. Then the user could have
at least the option of visiting the packages menu and selecting docsets,
if not in english then at least all the other languages (we could leave
english excluded for as long as it remains "part of the system" in the
doc dist).
