Hi!
Some legacy software and configs that I use requires TLS 1.0 and 1.1 support.
Currently OpenSSL in base system build without 1.0 and 1.1 support.
Also OSSL_PROVIDER_load() not present in compiled lib.
At least kerberos5/lib/libroken/fbsd_ossl_provider_load.c use workaround for
this.
