Bug ID: 286091 Summary: bsdinstall feature: show drive size Product: Base System Version: Unspecified Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Many People Priority: --- Component: bin Assignee: b...@freebsd.org Reporter: fi...@freebsd.org I just came across an installation screen that looked like this: --- │ │[ ] ada0 SAMSUNG MZ7WD240HCFV-00003 │ │ │ │[ ] ada1 SAMSUNG MZ7WD240HCFV-00003 │ │ │ │[ ] ada2 SAMSUNG MZ7L37T6HBLA-00A07 │ │ │ │[ ] ada3 SAMSUNG MZ7L37T6HBLA-00A07 │ │ --- It would be nice to have the drive size displayed alongside the model number in order to know which drives you want to install the OS on. In this case, two of them are 240GB and two are 7.6TB in size and one might not want to add them to the same pool. Maybe it's a simple thing to show the size in brackets behind the model number. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
