A note for makebundles:
DO NOT write /etc/ssl/cert.pem or /usr/local/openssl/cert.pem because OpenSSL
(base and ports respectively) will load both the hash dir and the bundle files
again.
If you really really need that for whatever reason create optional symlinks to
/usr/local/etc/ssl/cert.pem
