I haven't editted a man page before, but I did test it with `mandoc -mdoc certctl.8 | less` and it seems to look right. I tried to match the quiet sparse language in already present. Should -b have a warning about how CERTDESTFILE is entirely optional, and not to create it unless you know you need it? Should it mention ca_root_nss?
