Searching past bugs this seems to have happened before with other releases 255057, 253483,256412. If this is not a bug should there be a corresponding caveat, documentation warning with regard to the ambiguous statement at https://www.freebsd.org/where/#choose-image Choosing an Image For the FreeBSD installer: formats include DVD (disc1, dvd1), and network install (bootonly) sized ISO, plus regular and mini USB memory sticks. ... formats include (dvd1) [Dual Layer required] - Single Layer DVD's will only work with (disc1) and (bootonly) sized ISO ..... etc - or something worded better - an easy website fix. The machine in question only boots off physical Drives and does not have the option of using a flashdrive - ended up using the disc1 iso image as a workaround. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
