I just removed
intsts != 0xffffffff &&
from
while (intsts != 0xffffffff && (intsts & HDAC_INTSTS_GIS) != 0) {
to get
while ((intsts & HDAC_INTSTS_GIS) != 0) {
and no more hangs on cold boot. Sound also works.
Reverting https://reviews.freebsd.org/D34117 should also fix the issue.
