I upgraded to v13 several months back and found this bug affected the 430s and
470s models too. Yesterday I wiped the 430s and installed v13 clean, updated
base install, and the bug persists. Adding hw.usb.no_suspend_wait=1 DOES allow
the system to enter S3, but resuming produces a crash. This is true with or
without xorg running (tested xfce4 and i3).
