If your ASCII art is broken after a major upgrade, it's most likley because you
haven't updated the bootcode with gpart or by writing a new file to your EFI
System Partition.
Please make sure you troubleshoot things properly before you report them as
bugs, and please don't tag multiple mailing lists.
