Still the same issue with shutdown -p/-r "now" on Vultr - just stuck. All of my
FreeBSD 12.2-RELEASE instances doesn't have this particular issue.
VirtualBox under macOS 10.13.6 (host) doesn't have this issue, it must be
QEMU-related (which is what Vultr uses (i believe).
