Hello,
I have a detected a strange issue with FreeBSD 11.4 and the Adaptec 8405. After
the upgrade from 11.3 to 11.4. We have lost the disk on slot 14. A replacement
of the RAID controller or the drives has not solved the issue. The drive was
swichted into the missing state again.
It seems like the upgrade have modified the RAID meta data of the drives.
