Yes, Address 0xb to the specified PCI device is the last pci_cfgregread call
what I see before system reboots. I see "acpi0: Power Button (fixed)" message
in working case(mcfg=0) after this particular read.

Regarding acpidump, 

1) Without "-t" I don't see anything on stdout.

2) With "-t" I can see the RSD PTR, XSDT, FACP and FACS tables printed in said
order and just hangs after that (I will just clarify what details I can share
and paste those tables here). If I leave the hang as such for a while, system
reboots.

But, one thing I see is DSDT=0 in the FACP block. Is that valid?  Also, Is
there anything specific which I need to check regarding the BIOS?
