You are trying to build 12.x on an 11.x host using the 11.x toolchain, which
does not support all of the functionality required. You need to either build
LLD as a build tool, or provide an external toolchain - please carefully review
the WITHOUT_CROSS_COMPILER option in src.conf(5).
