Dont claim DBus support in wpa_supplicant manual page
The manual page for wpa_supplicant in base (not ports) claims support for DBus
via the -u CLI option but the option is rejected as base does not include DBus.
Attached patch removes mention of DBus from manual page. It's one of my first
contributions so if patch format is inappropriate further guidance welcomed.
