in unistd.h (with some trimming):

#endif /* __POSIX_VISIBLE >= 200809 || __BSD_VISIBLE */
however, in fcntl.h (with some trimming):
#if __POSIX_VISIBLE >= 200809
#define AT_REMOVEDIR 0x800 /* Remove directory instead of file */
#endif
Thus, one can define __BSD_VISIBLE but be unable to pass AT_REMOVEDIR to
unlinkat(2).
