bounds: pathname
Source code is
strcpy(pathname, PATH_TEMPLATE);
but
char *file, pathname[sizeof(PATH_TEMPLATE)-1];
Maybe better code
char *file, pathname[sizeof(PATH_TEMPLATE) + 1];
