When building with KMODDIR set (eg KMODDIR=/boot/kernel.MALTA/) and using the
METALOG / no-root build setup, the resulting METALOG doesn't have a directory
entry defined for said KMODDIR. It only has /boot/kernel/.
The resulting METALOG is thus rejected by makefs.
