Mesa switch to default OpenGL 2.0 for Intel GMA 3150.
Simular to that bug i see no standart TWM only black screen if startx without
any DE:

But work with some DE Openbox/KDE etc. only if add method acceleration UXA in
xorg.conf with SNA caused black screen with and without DE(and look like SNA
used by default). KDE causes black windows after 5-15min. of usage in any new
open windows if try resizing some of normal windows that causes black or
transparent windows, also screen are oversizing and mostly apps invalid markup
i try add "modeline" to xorg.conf but it nothing to changed.
