Brooks, Any word on this? It's been over 3 months, patch is included. Any political things going on which are blocking this being committed to HEAD, and then MFC'd (I absolutely need it MFC'd to RELENG_8, not to mention that's where I wrote it for -- I don't use RELENG_9).
