Synopsis: /etc/localtime is never updated State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: glebius State-Changed-When: Mon Oct 31 10:08:21 UTC 2011 State-Changed-Why: I've found that some of my systems lacked /var/db/zoneinfo, which is required for correct update of /etc/localtime.
