I want say, that we switch our clock to winter time at last time. And we never 
turn back to the summer time.

Our clock was switched 30 october at 04:00 AM ( DST ends on Sunday 30 October 
2011, 04:00 Ukraine daylight time )

So, our TZ is UTC+2.

Europe/Zaporozhye
Europe/Simferopol
