hi,
im new to freebsd and wanted to download it to try it out
so i downloaded from mirror FreeBSD-8.1-RC2-i386-dvd1.iso.gz
then did
md5sum FreeBSD-8.1-RC2-i386-dvd1.iso.gz
result was different then md5sum for this i386 iso

e52f3bfc74d4ce44ac92003823b883dc FreeBSD-8.1-RC2-i386-dvd1.iso.gz
the md5sum file listed the following
MD5 (FreeBSD-8.1-RC2-i386-bootonly.iso) = f8ebd88798da2f161b33a2f714c0e125
MD5 (FreeBSD-8.1-RC2-i386-disc1.iso) = fd77efeecd224298c6f3a08f239f294a
MD5 (FreeBSD-8.1-RC2-i386-livefs.iso) = 9ec3b7901f377c643b8060b71c75ef25
MD5 (FreeBSD-8.1-RC2-i386-memstick.img) = 916e2a13027b01b912f92a94a06e7c84
MD5 (FreeBSD-8.1-RC2-i386-dvd1.iso) = 15f60953db9940551504193c4433c43f
why are there two different md5sums did something get changed with download.
