>Description: This was reported to the list as being a problem in head. I'm also getting the same problem with *default release=cvs tag=RELENG_8. P.S. Thanks Ben for this post, I'm turning it into a PR | From ben at wanderview.com Sun Nov 1 17:51:44 2009 | From: ben at wanderview.com (Ben Kelly) | Date: Sun Nov 1 17:51:50 2009 | Subject: ifmcstat fails to build without KVM and with INET6 | Message-ID: <92ba99ac-e038-44f4-a443-91ff5aa29...@wanderview.com> | | Hello all, | | I'm having difficulty compiling a freshly updated checkout of head | using WITHOUT_KVM src.conf. The error is in src/usr.sbin/ifmcstat/ | ifmcstat.c. It appears the problem is due to the in6_ifinfo() | function definition being incorrectly under an #ifdef WITH_KVM | section. I was able to fix the problem with the attached patch. | | Just FYI in case anyone else hits this problem. | | - Ben >How-To-Repeat: Build world with WITHOUT_KVM in /etc/src.conf >Fix: Bens working patch is here: http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-current/attachments/20091101/40848244/ifmcstat.obj >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted: _______________________________________________ freebsd-bugs@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-bugs To unsubscribe, send any mail to "freebsd-bugs-unsubscr...@freebsd.org"
