Please add dependency for phpmailer with php7.
It works fine with the new php version but sadly the following problem occurs
during packages upgrading.
Installed packages to be REMOVED:
php70-7.0.12
New packages to be INSTALLED:
php56: 5.6.26
Installed packages to be REINSTALLED:
phpmailer-5.2.14 (ABI changed: 'freebsd:10:*' -> 'freebsd:11:*')
