Bug ID: 211450 Summary: 11.0-BETA2 crashed Product: Base System Version: 11.0-BETA2 Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: kern Assignee: freebsd-b...@freebsd.org Reporter: i...@amail.plala.or.jp CC: freebsd-amd64@FreeBSD.org CC: freebsd-amd64@FreeBSD.org It is good working on 11.0-BETA2-p1 but I was encountered panic boot 2 times in a week. First time, I don't use iwm driver and running 'pkg upgrade' for updating 10.3 to 11.0, but I don't set dumpdev and no debug information is not gotten. Second time, page fault before login prompt at the boot time, the crash dump is as follows. # freebsd-version -ku 11.0-BETA2 11.0-BETA2-p1 # cat info.0 Dump header from device: /dev/gpt/fbswap Architecture: amd64 Architecture Version: 2 Dump Length: 448864256 Blocksize: 512 Dumptime: Sat Jul 30 08:21:32 2016 Hostname: carrot.ish.org Magic: FreeBSD Kernel Dump Version String: FreeBSD 11.0-BETA2 #0 r303168: Fri Jul 22 02:23:56 UTC 2016 r...@releng2.nyi.freebsd.org:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC Panic String: page fault Dump Parity: 4275312696 Bounds: 0 Dump Status: good # head -411 vmcore.0 minidump FreeBSD/amd64¸@ðþÿÿøÿÿüÿÿCopyright (c) 1992-2016 The FreeBSD Project.
