Here is some background to help you understand the requirement: i was conducting a system administration session for some IT admins and managers, here in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA. One of the folks has a PostgreSQL on FreeBSD setup running since last 4 yrs without any issues. They have recently received Oracle database server and need to set up on Windows 2003 server.
