Out of curiosity, why? It's easy enough to apply patch from mailbox, it's much easier to review patches and comment on them in maillist, and it's ordinary git workflow we're used to. Bugzilla is OK for 1 small patch, but it does not fit for patch(es) that implements new feature or driver.
