Nice find! The core teams seem mostly happy with the status quo - my
uninformed view is that they are not interested in project management.
Perhaps the Lazarus/FPC Foundation is better geared to manage funding and
coordinate targeted development of features?
That is the purpose of the foundation.
I was planning to look at the funding manifest this weekend...
