As far as I'm concerned, tags should *never* move, otherwise, what's the point of tagging a commit. That should apply to SubVersion and Git repos. If you want to track minor bug fixes after a release, which to that release's bug-fix branch... regarding FPC that is normally named "<fpcver>_fixes".
