AFAIK, you must create a new type:

TMyGenericInt = specialize TMyGeneric<Integer>;
var
VMyGenericInt: TMyGenericInt;
begin
VMyGenericInt:= TMyGenericInt.Create;
VMyGenericInt.Value := 2014;
VMyGenericInt.Free;
end.
