It just suggests to avoid using it, unless necessary. It says nowhere, that 64
bit
download links are invalid on purpose.
Ah, sorry. I misunderstood.
Maybe Martin or Juha know.
The SEH issue means that the 64 bit release can not be used, except for
very special cases. Therefore the 32 bit IDE is default for 32 and 64
bit Windows. The links go to the default download..
So the links are intentionally like this.
