It seems that compilation doesn't work under Windows Server 2003 Enterprise.
I did the same under Windows XP SP3 using make go32v2zip "OPT=-gl -O- -Xs-" and it works up to compilation of IDE fp.pas - see attached listing fpc263.rar. I got the same error for crt1.c even I think the compiler is compiled and used (at least as I see in LOG file): Z:\fpcbuild>Z:\fpcbuild\fpcsrc\compiler\ppc386.exe -?
