This image is based on 2013-05-25-wheezy-raspbian.img downloaded from raspberry's official web site.
I applied the following steps to save you upgrade and installation time (about 45 minutes to an hour) and remove some packages (about 88M ) that FPC users normally don't need.
What I did after the official image is loaded:
