('char', 'integer' etc.), Precision, Scale, Ordinal, DefaultValue,
IsNullable, IsAutoincrement, and others.
for stIndexes : CatalogName, SchemaName, TableName, IndexName,
ConstraintName, IsPrimary, IsUnique, IsAscending
(in list are included also PRIMARY KEYs and UNIQUE constraints)
for stUserNames : CatalogName, SchemaName
(used by GetSchemaNames)
