I use this wrapper for that http://svn.freepascal.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/trunk/install/cross/aswrapper.pas?root=fpcbuild&view=co&content-type=text%2Fplain afaik the binutils are for eabi 0, and the wrapper changes it to 4.
